• Liaising with other construction professionals and legal advisors
• Serving and responding to Notices
• Undertaking and preparing Schedules of Condition
• Negotiating and agreeing Party Wall Awards
• Acting as a Third Surveyor in the event of disputes between appointed Party Wall Surveyors
