Carless & Adams Partnership is led by a team of three highly experienced Partners and two Associates.

Our Partners’ close working interest in every project helps to ensure total client satisfaction and results in a high level of repeat business.

Stuart Binnie: BSc, MRICS

With over 25 years spent within the construction industry Stuart has developed a detailed understanding and appreciation of the complex issues involved in the design, cost, risk and delivery of projects in order to maximise value on behalf of clients.

Stuart has developed a 'can-do' hands on reputation to Project Management and Quantity Surveying which is respected by clients and reflected in the many repeat orders secured.

His experience has been gained across a broad range of project types with values ranging from £100,000 to £44m.

Mike Bunyan: BArch, DipArch(Hons) RIBA

Mike joined Carless & Adams in 1984 and has in his time with the company developed considerable experience covering a broad range of projects ranging from small residential to multi-million pound commercial developments including Healthcare, Hotels, Offices, Industrial, Education and Ecclesiastical schemes.

Over the last 10 years Mike has specialised in the design of accommodation for care for the elderly and has been involved with both the design of and construction of projects totaling more than 3,000 bed spaces.

Philip Watkins: MRICS

Phil joined Carless & Adams in 1987 and became a Partner in 1998 and is responsible for the delivery of Building Surveying and Party Wall services provided by the Partnership.

He is a Chartered Building Surveyor with in excess of 40 years experience in the construction industry covering a broad range of project types and values. Phil has a detailed understanding of the building process and is fully conversant with all aspects of design, planning, specification and supervision of building works from inception through to completion. Phil also has extensive experience in professional works such as Schedules of Conditions, Dilapidations, Lease Renewals and First Schedules.

He is very much a hands on surveyor and this is acknowledged by clients in the large volume of repeat instructions received.
