CDM Co-ordination
Compliance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 is a prerequisite to any building project. At Carless & Adams Partnership we provide expert, independent advice and guidance on all aspects of the regulations.
We are a corporate and individually registered member of the Association for Project Safety, with an extensive range of experience gained from over 800 successfully completed projects.
We provide the following services related to the Regulations:
- Advice on the suitability and competency of designers and the principal contractor
- Co-ordination of all aspects of health and safety relating to project design and planning, to avoid and reduce risk
- Production of the health and safety file and ensuring that all relevant information is provided to the Health and Safety Executive
All projects are personally supervised by a Partner. Our flexible, multi-disciplined approach allows us to focus on all the key issues and provide an excellent service throughout the project.
